By Bruce Felps Woodrow slammed the door on the rival Hillcrest High Panthers last night, winning 29-7 at Franklin Stadium. Quarterback Piers Christian led the homecoming game onslaught with 7-13 passing for 138 years and two touchdowns. He added 190 yards rushing, which included an 80-yard run for a score.

The Wildcats won it 28-20, with quarterback Piers Christian throwing for two touchdowns and running for another.
