By Bruce Felps An ever-vigilant dog rescuer-lover sent word earlier this morning about a rottweiler on the loose over in Far-ish East Dallas. The dog’s name is Prince Baron Von War, and the 5-year-old male weighs about 50 pounds. He’s out without a collar but his microchip number reads 47375A0A2F.

The establishing event takes place at 8 a.m., Jan. 29, at the East Dallas campus, when students, faculty, parents, and community volunteers lay the groundwork. The opening dedication ceremony occurs at 11:30 a.m.
