Church Celebrates Back-to-School
By Bruce Felps
As a fitting wrap-up to and relaxation from the first week back at school for East Dallas kids, Munger Place Church conducted a celebratory carnival.
The Fall Sunday Morning Kick-Off Carnival took place Aug. 28 and featured the obligatory bounce house, sidewalk chalk art, a snow cone stand to benefit church youth missions, face painting, temporary tattoos, and general kids fooling about.
Contributing photographer Lilia Estrada attended the function and snapped a few photos of kids being kids and parents being parents.
Enjoy.
