Fostering Care
By Bruce Felps
The weekend in-box collected a couple of tales of need in the canine world.
Missy, needs a foster or permanent home after her human passed away. She’s described as a 9-year-old, 40-pound well-behaved girl of low energy and a laid-back persona.
She doesn’t bark much, shows little to no reaction at the sight of other dogs, and is house-trained.
A neighbor of Missy’s deceased human has taken a role in finding Missy a new home. Contact the neighbor to arrange a meeting with Missy.
The Little Forest Hills Animal Alert folks need to find a foster or permanent home for two smaller white male dogs rescued from the 8200 block of Santa Clara Drive.
The intact males — one about 4 years old and the other about 1 — did not have collars or ID microchips, and likely are strays.
Contact Animal Alert to arrange a meeting.
