Management of Blue Goose Cantina went above and beyond during the course of the year to set aside a percentage of sales realized from its quesadilla of the month specials.
The proceeds accumulated to $10,230, which Blue Goose representatives presented last week to the beneficiary of the charitable drive — Empower Your Future, a nonprofit organization, founded by Dallas police veteran Joe Chatham, working to better the lives of at-risk kids.
