Lights with a side of chili

An e-mail message from a Whole Foods emissary arrived a bit ago with information related to Friday night’s Light Up Lakewood festivities.

Seems the grocer plans a few deals in conjunction with the community event.

S’mores, gumbo, and Lakewood chili pie will be on the patio menu — along with outdoor heaters — before and during the tree-lighting ceremony.

Mmmm, chili pie, he said in a Homer Simpson voice.
