Escape Artist Escapes Again
by Bruce Felps
Word came in this morning that the escape artist yellow Lab mentioned yesterday took off from her rescuer’s home.
We know now her name is Belle because her human contacted Vickery Place Animal Hospital, which put her or him in touch with the rescuer.
Belle dug out of her temporary sanctuary of the rescuer’s side yard near Homer Street and took off for points unknown.
Her human said the recent rains, thunder, and lightning spooked the dog, prompting her escape in the first place.
Contact the rescuer or Vickery Place vet, (214) 252-0800, with information concerning Belle’s whereabouts.
