Speaking of July 4

Our Lake Highlands friend in photography and warped minds, Mark Davis, put together that photo montage you see up there from images he snapped during last year’s Fourth of July fireworks extravaganza.
He promises more flicks from this year’s “ooo” and “aaaahh” fest, but consider that one an appetite whetter.
In his e-mail message, he also riffed neurotic on the Gulf of Mexico disaster, closing his remarks with, “Great! Now all the Gulf seafood is going to taste just like the ‘Captain’s Catch’ fish basket from Econo Lube & Tune.”
