The June edition of the Old Lake Highlands Neighborhood Association newsletter contains information that should hearten home sellers on the east side of the lake.
The average time on the market, calculated since the first of this year, stood at 87 days.
The average list price reached $257,513, with sales ranging from $81.12 per square foot for an “as-is” house in poor condition to $191.96. The average sales price on 29 transactions came in at $139.74 per square foot.
