UPDATE, 8:20 a.m., June 9: Lucky returned home last night and all is well.

Lakewood Pet Watch sent out a message last night about a cat missing from his home in the 6600 block of Santa Fe Avenue in Hollywood-Santa Monica since Friday.

The cat, a male named Lucky, is white and tan. The accompanying photograph shows him wearing a collar and a tag, but they’ve since fallen off. His human said he’s microchipped.

Lucky’s primarily an outside cat, fairly large at about 15 pounds, and friendly enough to approach humans, particularly if he’s called by name.
