The Urban Acres garden produce market — operated by Promise of Peace Community Garden — takes place this weekend, and the organizers would like to add a few artisans and other vendors to the mix.

The market takes place from 9 a.m.-noon, May 29, at the garden.  

Vendors interested in setting up should contact Elizabeth Dry, executive director of the garden. The organization charges vendors 10 percent of the day’s gross revenue.

At a minimum, the market draws about 60 people to its biweekly events because co-op pick ups.
