Bond, school bond
By Bruce Felps
The 2008 Dallas ISD bond package contained some love for Woodrow Wilson High School and J.L. Long Middle School.
How much monetary love and in what form will it manifest? Good questions to which I have no answers. I am not an expert in this field … or most any other field I can think of.
However, the combined efforts of the Long Site Based Decision Making Committee and the Woodrow SBDM Committee could provide a great deal of insight to prospective and respective improvements at the schools.
The two plan a joint meeting to explain plans for work to take place on both campuses under auspices of the 2008 school bond program. The meeting happens at 6:30 p.m., May 18, in the Long auditorium.
Go, become insightful.
