Two kindergarten teachers at Lakewood Elementary School hang up their erasers with the end of this school year.
Felia Anderson and Carolyn Lambrecht step away from the classroom with the final bell. Both teachers joined Lakewood Elementary in 1995, and both spent 32 years with Dallas ISD.
In honor of their achievements and contributions, the pair will be feted with a retirement party starting at about 3:30 p.m., May 18, at Matt’s Rancho Martinez.
Organizers extend party invitations to friends and former students of the soon-to-be former teachers.
