One-Acting Out
— Staff Report
The Woodrow Wilson High School one-act play team takes on Hillcrest, Thomas Jefferson, and Bryan Adams high schools tomorrow in district competition.
The act-off takes place starting at 4 p.m., sharp, April 1, at Conrad High School. Back the players with typical Wildcat support.
The Woodrow team performs its take on “Sweeney’s Todd,” and the darkly comedic tale of wrongful imprisonment and revenge.
No pressure, but one supporter wrote in an e-mail message, “Hillcrest always brings a huge crowd, and we should, too.”
The Woodrow team performs first — promptly at 4 p.m.
