I heard a rumor yesterday that it snowed … in Dallas … after spring officially arrived. What?

I did some checking in an attempt to substantiate or dispel the rumor, and I thought I’d share the best evidence I could find.

This photo comes from our shutter-buddy Mark Davis, who provided this — slightly edited — narrative of his weekend experience:

“Here is the latest shot of the lake and downtown at sunrise [Sunday]. With all the snow and clouds, it might as well be the 5:00 [p.m.] rush hour. And the wind … it was whipping up the snow on the hill.”
